New here?
A two-minute orientation — what this is, and how to get the most from it. It's optional; you can jump into any course whenever you like, and come back to this anytime.
What this is
You learn by rehearsing the real moments where mindfulness is actually hard: a tense meeting, a hard conversation, the urge to keep scrolling, the guilt of resting. Short courses, real situations, skills you can use the same day.
What we mean by mindfulness
Mindfulness here isn't emptying your mind or sitting cross-legged. It's noticing what's happening — in you and around you — and choosing your response instead of reacting on autopilot. It's the same skill at work and at home.
Three areas of life
How a course works
You pick a real moment, decide what you'd honestly do, see the more skillful move and why it works, then leave with one small if-then plan to try for real. Nothing is scored. Come back and practice — a skill really sets in on the second pass.
How to use it
No required order — start with whatever pulls you. A few minutes, repeated, beats an hour once. Want people? There are free live sessions. And it's all free — a nonprofit, kept that way by small gifts, never by charging you.
A good first step
You can return to this page anytime — it's linked from the Academy home.
